Diwali, the festival of lights is celebrated every year with great zeal and enthusiasm. It signifies good over evil and hope over despair.
Renaissance School, Bulandshahr radiated with joy and vibrant cultural spirit as students messed up for an amazing celebration of Diwali, India’s one of the biggest and most important festivals on 10th November 2023.
The day started with a special morning assembly wherein students dressed up in festive clothes delivered speeches on the significance of the festival and the relevance of eco-friendly celebrations. Various other well organized activities such as Inter-House Rangoli-Making, Diya Decoration, Laxmi Pujan, Pooja Dance, Devotional Group Song and Dance and flower arrangement captivated all present over there. The air filled with excitement as the House participants displayed their ‘Rangoli’ on the theme ‘Diwali’ throwing a warm light that covered the premises and enhanced the luminosity of the time. Students presented dances and songs carried one or the other message. Through their creativity, they expressed that crackers are of no use, it is just an environmental abuse.
All pledged together for celebrating cracker free Diwali and promised to fill their homes with prayers and lights.
