Renaissance School , Bulandshahr celebrated National Sports Day with great enthusiasm and fervour, honouring the invaluable role of sports in shaping disciplined, confident and resilient individuals. The celebration began with the garlanding of the statue of Major Dhyan Chand, the legendary “Hockey Wizard” of India, as a tribute to his remarkable contribution to Indian hockey and his enduring legacy.
The day was enriched with a lively Sports Quiz and an inspiring speech, highlighting the importance of physical fitness, teamwork, perseverance and sportsmanship.
Adding excitement and camaraderie to the occasion was a friendly cricket match between teachers and students. The match witnessed tremendous enthusiasm, healthy competition and cheerful participation, strengthening the bond between teachers and students beyond the classroom.
The celebrations concluded with a motivational address by the Principal, who encouraged students to actively participate in sports and embrace the spirit of discipline, determination and fair play.
