A POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) Awareness Workshop was successfully organised at Renaissance School, Bulandshahr, on 30th September 2026 to sensitise students about good touch and bad touch, personal safety, child rights and protection from abuse.
The programme was graced by Hon’ble Additional District Judge, Bulandshahr, Mr. Pramod Kumar Gupta; Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ms. Krishna Sahdev, and Mr. Vikas Chaudhary from the District Legal Services Authority. Their valuable guidance made the session informative and impactful.
The Principal, Mr. Ashok Mathur encouraged students to remain alert, recognise unsafe situations and report any uncomfortable or inappropriate incident without fear to their parents, teachers or a trusted person. Ms. Krishna Sahdev sensitised students about personal safety, appropriate decision-making, standing against abuse and seeking immediate help through Child Helpline 1098 when required.
The workshop equipped students with essential knowledge and confidence to protect themselves and respond appropriately in challenging situations.
