As part of the Central government’s Aazadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav initiative on the Platinum Jubilee celebration of India’s Independence, Renaissance School (Primary Wing )Bulandshahr conducted the Prabhat ferry from the school’s premises. It went through the nearby residential area and came back. Patriotic feelings pervaded the primary wing and the surrounded area of the school when the children were singing patriotic songs and collecting famous words and slogans of the leaders of the freedom struggle.
The children also paid their tribute by dressing up as the various freedom fighters. All the students were caught up in the spirit of patriotism by holding tricolours in their hands, they all enjoyed and celebrated Independence Day. Painting competition, slogan writing and poster making based on the theme ‘Aazaadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav ‘ were other highlights of the day.
