Mahatma Gandhi lovingly known as ‘Bapu, the Father of the Nation’ by all the Indians is internationally acknowledged for his trademark theme of non-violence that led to India to its glorious independence. 2nd October every year is celebrated as Gandhi and Shastri Jayanti, the stories of their lives have impacted humanity to its core. To revere this day, all the staff of Renaissance School, Bulandshahar held a special morning assembly to commemorate Mahatma’s life, teachings and Shastriji’s doctrine on 2nd October 2024. The teachers’ choir sang Gandhi’s favourite bhajan ‘Vaishnav Jana To’ with full exuberance. A special speech with Gandhian quotes, Shastriji’s principles and messages brought the gathering to understand more about these iconic leaders.
All the staff were imbued with Mr. Ashok Mathur, the Principal’s oath consists of Gandhian values and thoughts and vowed to become the ideal citizens of India and this World.
On the grand occasion, trees were planted on the theme of ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ in the school premises denotes our tribute to the nature and the motherland.
