A CBSE Capacity Building Workshop on ‘ Disaster Management’ was successfully conducted at Renaissance School, Bulandshahr, aimed at strengthening pedagogical skills and enhancing classroom effectiveness among teachers. The workshop was led by two esteemed resource persons — Ms. Nidhi Gulati, Principal of Alpine Public School, Khurja, and Ms. Nidhi Saxena, PGT Political Science at Genesis School, Noida. The interactive sessions focused on key areas such as inclusive education, assessment strategies, and innovative teaching practices, aligning with CBSE’s vision for holistic and student-centered learning.
