Diwali, the Festival of Lights, holds a special place in our hearts. It symbolizes the victory of good over evil and the triumph of light over darkness. It’s a time when we come together as a community to share the spirit of love, joy, and togetherness.
Weaving the essence of Diwali together Renaissance school, primary wing organised a vibrant “Diwali mela”, on 9th of November. The fair was inaugurated by our honourable Chairwoman, Ms. Usha Sharma, Chief Administrator, Mr. Abhirag Sharma, Senior Administrators, Mr. Vishwas Sharma and Mr. Shivam Mohan Sharma and Headmistress Ms. Bhawna Bhardwaj. The fair witnessed the presence of enthralled parents and students eagerly exploring the plethora of stalls and mini games exclusively prepared for them. The stalls included handcrafts representing the rich customs of India and mouthwatering delights. The cheerful giggles echoed throughout the fairground as the children indulged themselves in the mini games. The karaoke corner blossomed with tunes and vocals, adding life to the fair.
To complete the essence of a fair, there were competitions, namely – solo and group dandiya, rangoli making, kathputli making and matki decoration for everyone to rejoice and come together to enjoy the festive spirit. The winners of the competition took home their well deserved prizes. It was a moment of immense joy among everyone present there. The fair culminated with a mesmerising dance performance by our talented teachers and students, showering upon all warm wishes of Diwali.
